Welcome to Rhubarb Wisdom Books!

Some days I write and some days I don’t.

Sometimes an idea wakes me up, or I’ll work into the night on one sentence or verse for hours, like Dr. Seuss did! A local cowboy poet here in the Colorado Rocky Mountains calls working a verse or a story, tweaking the words ’round and ’round, ‘word wranglin.’

I admire the authors who write everyday, yet, I enjoy big writing breaks to explore and go on adventures. Just as treasured are the moments of just allowing, drifting into the stillness, like Mary Oliver shares in her poem “Today.”

Hints of inspiration, harmonies in the fundamental frequencies of the Universe, are sweet, indeed, wherever they may find you.
